Online Reporting System
This online reporting system has been developed to improve tracking and reporting of all the data captured during the daily Quality Control activities run for our clients.
By having this standard integrated approach to data acquisition and interpretation, Fearnley Procter are able to provide:
An immediate overview of the status of any drilling equipment being used within the drilling operation.
The ability to identify trends globally, regionally and nationally, in order to establish benchmarks for:
- more effective performance
- the prevention of equipment failures
- their commercial cost
- the inevitable delays
- any potential human risk
- identification of issues prior to them occurring
In addition, the reporting system was designed specifically to enhance the clients experience in:
- interfacing with the actual QAQC operations being activity provided
- the ability to generate and present to their own team and management
- reports to show the QAQC objectives being met
- the ongoing costs prevented
- the KPI performance of suppliers
- improving the accountability of the QAQC process.
By providing a direct access to the information recorded on site by our QAQC Teams, we have given our clients a portal for visibility of the ongoing process and the ability to examine this against historical data.
The system includes:
A ‘Dashboard’ of events, able to be filtered by key fields such as dates, campaign, well, supplier, and status.
A ‘Findings’ register, searchable through finding type, equipment type, severity and status etc.
An 'Quality Controlled Equipment’ register, searchable through serial number, equipment type, supplier etc.
A ‘Document Repository’, with all the QAQC reports accessible, searchable, and able to be downloaded as required.
It will also provide enhanced tracking and monitoring of HSE events to help support Fearnley Procter Group's commitment to safe working practices.
